Drop Off and Pick Up

Drop Off Times:
Monday, March 23 3 p.m.-8 p.m.
Tuesday, March 24 9 a.m.-2 p.m.

After registering as a consignor, you will be able to select a time to drop off items. When you arrive, here is what to expect:

• You will sign a Consignor Agreement and verify your contact information and email address.
  
• A volunteer will check over your items for quality standards…stains, excessive wear, holes, cleanliness, in working order, etc. Please don't be offended if we refuse an item. Once your items have been inspected, we welcome you to help us put them out on the sales floor.
  
• You will receive your Pre-Sale Party and Consignor Half Price sale passes!
  
• Please allow 20-30 minutes for drop-off.
  
  

In a hurry and want to Drop-N-Go? We will help!

Drop-N-Go check-in is quicker. You bring your items to Here We Grow Again during any of the Drop Off times and leave them with us to inspect later. Any items that do not meet our quality standards will be available to you at Pick Up and then donated to charity if not retrieved by 6 p.m. Friday.

Before you drop off, please double-check the following:

• All clothing items are on wire hangers.
  
• All items are hung with hook facing left.
  
• All items have tags with barcodes.
  
• Sort clothing items by gender and size for faster drop off.
  
• Small pieces of games, toys or puzzles are securely packaged in a plastic bag (sandwich bags work great) and tag is securely taped to the item. Do not tape over barcodes.
  
• Toys should be in working order with batteries in them.
  
• Remember, clean, fresh-smelling and pressed clothing items always sell better!

Pick Up Time:
Saturday, March 28 5-8 p.m.

Pick Up tips to remember:

• When you arrive at Pick Up, your items will be sorted and ready for quick pick up. No need to sort unsold items, we have already done it for you!
  
• Check the lost and found as some items may have lost tags.
  
• We cannot be held responsible for any items that you leave behind. Items not picked up by 8 p.m. on Saturday will be donated to a local charity. We cannot make any exceptions due to the tight deadline we have in cleaning our space. Thank you for understanding.
