New To The Olathe Sale!

us at a Tagging Party!
To help our consignors get ready for the sale, we are hosting
tagging parties. These are opportunities for you to bring
your items and get them ready for the sale (we will have
laptops available for entering your items into our system)!
Are you new to consigning? We will also be there to answer
questions on how to hang and tag your items and have tagging
supplies (wire hangers, consignor kits and tagging guns)
available for sale. Mark your calendars to join us!

- New
option for consignors! You now have three choices regarding
any unsold items after the sale.
Option #1. You can Pick Up any unsold items 11 a.m.-1
p.m. Sunday, Sept. 27.
Option #2. You can donate your unsold items to our designated
charities (CASA, the foster program for Johnson and Wyandotte
Counties, and the Grace Center, a maternity home for under-age
women).
Our new option #3. You can let us transfer your items
and add them to our Shawnee sale being held the week after
the Olathe sale! The work of moving the items from one sale
to the next will be taken care of for you. When you drop
off your items, just tell us you would like to choose Option
#3 for your unsold items (make sure you do not select "donate"
when entering your items into the computer). An additional
$10 consignor fee will be taken out of your Shawnee Sale's
check. You will still be able to track the sale of your
items online each night of the Shawnee sale!
- We
have a larger venue! Yes, we will still be located at
the Olathe Holiday Inn, but have leased a second ballroom
in order to accommodate our growing sale!! We now have thousands
of additional square feet for more clothing racks, shoe
racks, sporting equipment racks, outdoor play equipment
space, additional toy areas and an entire room for maternity
items!
- Faster
Check Out! We have added several additional scanners
and credit card machines to provide faster check out.
- Fall/Winter
clothes only! A reminder that we will accept only Fall
and Winter clothing items at our Sept. 23-26, 2009 sale.
Don't forget to also bring those coats, boots, Halloween
costumes and Christmas clothing!

volunteer shifts to choose from!

More check-in/drop off times available!
- Pick
up on Sunday! In order to provide our consignors with
an organized Pick Up process, we will have Pick Up on Sunday,
Sept. 27 from
11 a.m.-1 p.m. If you decide not to donate your unsold items,
they will be organized and presented to you when you arrive!
- Consignors-check
our Pricing and Tagging page! We have made some important
changes to our merchandise preparation and tagging tips

Guide to help with pricing your items if needed.
- Hangers
and Consignor Starter Kits for sale! Don't forget that
we sell "Grow With Me" Consignor Starter Kits-everything
you need to get started consigning. And, do you need more

- Car
seat waiver form added. Any consignor bringing a car
seat to the sale, will be required to sign a waiver stating
the seat is not older than five years and has not been in
an accident.
